So after staying in the whole day on Tuesday, vegetating on the sofa, watching The Inbetweeners and making loads of chocolate chip muffins, I am back into full swing at work in preparation for the Youth Dance Event I am project assisting on. It's taking place this Saturday and I'm doing a lot of unpaid overtime. Actually any second I put in to making this event happen and run smoothly is unpaid; but hey! I am a dedicated lady who knows she will have to work REALLY hard if she wants people to give her a chance (and a job) in the dance world, so here it is people, I am totally pimping myself out!
Obviously as you can imagine, I have very little time to myself, even finding time to shower and air dry my hair is getting difficult! ;) only kidding (not about the hair drying though...)! I literally have to plan my days to the half hour so that I can get everything done, and still I have a to-do list as long as my arm... I mean I did stay at work 10 and a half hours yesterday, what a nutter! Anyway, I am pleased that Lewis and I ate pizza and muffins and watched X Men First Class in the evening rather than going to the cinema, and vegetating all afternoon was a very well deserved rest for me before a 12 day week until my next day off! Still I did find time to cross stitch this little number as a presie for Lewis on Monday... It's hard not to buy into this whole consumerist stuff at Valentine's day as it is so IN YOUR FACE for weeks (!) so I didn't get anything from Lewis and am quite content as I had a great time making him a little something. For me it was only an excuse to give him a little piece of my heart. 4 and a half years and I still love him to bits!
Still I have planned to wash my hair today and take some pictures of my outfit (which isn't yet ready) so you should have an outfit post this week (that's if I get up on time and don't spend 3 hours in the shower!). For the time being, here are two of my all time favourite songs:
Sol Seppy - Move
Cocorosie - Smokey Taboo
ps: the title refers to how busy I am, with a timetable that resembles a minister's. It's a French saying :)
